We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by partnering with a leading logistics service provider (USPS and FedEx) that handles your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience receiving the Product that you have ordered from the Platform. We make all reasonable endeavors to make sure that the Products are shipped and delivered on time.

By agreeing to use the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of this shipping policy without modification. Terms Of Shipping And Delivery

We partner with a third-party logistic provider in order to process shipping and the timely delivery of the Product to you. We will provide the details of the logistics partner, who will process the shipping and delivery of the products ordered by you on this platform once the product is processed and handed over to the logistics partner by us. Our standard dispatch time is 24 hours from the time you place the product order on the platform.

You agree and acknowledge that for effective, timely delivery of the Product purchased by you, we may inquire or collect specific information about you, like your name, shipping address, landmark, area, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all the information you submit on this platform is true, accurate, and sufficient to reach and identify the actual place of delivery.

Delays In Delivery

You understand that we bear absolutely no liability in case of any failure by us in delivering your products due to your failure to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we will not be liable in any manner due to your failure to provide true information.

In case, if you are not present or available to accept the delivery of your Product at the designated place. Our shipping partner will make a maximum of three attempts in three days to deliver the products. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order purchased by you. We further reserve the right to deduct shipping and delivery charges while processing the refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

While we make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the products ordered by you are delivered within the timeline notified to you.

You accept that the delivery may be delayed due to –

• Employee lock-outs or strikes

• Political disruption and governmental restrictions

In such events, we shall make reasonable attempts to inform you by email and contact number registered to us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on our failure to inform or notify you about the delay in the delivery of purchased products on this platform. We shall be under no obligation to compensate for any claim on account of delay in the shipment or the delivery of the products.

Shipping Policy

• We ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition in the fastest time possible. All the orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order.
• Although we strive hard to deliver orders within the given turnaround time, there may be rare instances when an order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Products that require separate shipping charges will be indicated on the product detail page when the order is placed.
• We can process only one shipping address on each order. If you like to ship a single product to multiple addresses, you have to place separate orders for each of them.
• The amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final payable amount for the product.
• Prices are inclusive of all taxes according to the (terms & conditions applied).
• Delivery of an order will be completed when the products are delivered to the shipping address provided to us.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to track your order online.
• By placing the order from the website ‘Cheap Online Meds’, you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concerns regarding their services.
• Once applied, customs shall be borne by the customer. For the return of an order, the amount of the customs will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Customer Support

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, shipping costs and taxes shall be paid by the customer. The convenience fee will not be refunded during the return of a delivered order.

Convenience Fee

All orders will be charged the nominal shipping cost of $35 for USPS and $50 for FedEx. A convenience fee depends on the quantity of the order, and area pin code.‘Cheap Online Meds’ reserves the right to occasionally change/modify the convenience fee.

Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement without giving any prior notice and seeking an approval from the customers. Such modified terms and conditions shall persuade these terms and conditions when published online on the website.
